Mark A. Petricevic, is a 1993 graduate with honors of Mid-America College
of Funeral Service in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Mark has worked in the funeral industry since 1985, with the exception of four years of service with the 82nd Airborne Division in Vicenza, Italy.
Mark is married and has two children. He is a member of the American Legion and Grand Rapids Plainfield Sunrise Rotary, which is active at the Grand Rapids Veterans Facility. Mark is a licensed
funeral director and a licensed pre-arranged funeral insurance agent.

Jeanne M. Molter, is a 1995 graduate of Western Michigan University in
Kalamazoo. She is married and has five children. Jeanne has been with Memorial Alternatives since 1997 and she is a licensed pre-arranged funeral insurance agent as well as a Kent County Notary Public.
Jeanne counsels families in both pre-need and at-need situations.
