Brian Scott Hanson

Brian passed away unexpectedly, March 17, 2018.  He was born November 17, 1976 to Roger and Diana Hanson.  

The best word to describe Brian-LIFE!  Brian lived life to the fullest everyday and never let anything get him down.  Brian loved the outdoors and everything that came with it, especially hiking and camping with his friends.  Brian loved to laugh and make everyone around him smile and laugh, it was contagious.  Brian loved his family and always found time to spend with them.  Brian also loved his dog Poe, he kept him active!  He was an amazing son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend to so many.  

Surviving are his father, Roger Hanson; his sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Mathew Zylstra; niece and nephew Kaitlin and Heath Zylstra, grandmother, Mary Smith; paternal Aunt and Uncle, Kirby and Libby Hanson;  maternal Aunt’s and Uncle’s, Thomas and Colleen Smith and Thomas and Toni Guy, many cousins, extended family and many, many, many friends. 

He was preceeded in death by his mother, Diana Hanson; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Bertha Hanson; maternal grandfather, Robert Smith. 

Forever in our hearts and remembered fondly, now on to your next great adventure. 

Visitation will be on Thursday March 22, 2018 6-7pm Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Memorial service to follow at 7pm. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
