Dale Clifford Collins aged 93 of Grand Rapids passed away on March 2, 2018.
Dale was born September 11, 1924 in Danville, Illinois, to William and Vera Collins. A veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War II, Dale was a member of the U.S. Army band and later graduated from the University of Illinois.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Doris and his children, Michael, Mary, Patricia and Timothy.
The family will be greeting friends on Friday, March 9th from 3-7 p.m. at Memorial Alternatives, 2432 Fuller Ave. NE, Grand Rapids, MI. The family would like to thank American House Kentwood and Kindred Hospice for the care given to Dale. A memorial service will be planned for the spring.
