RAYMOND ZYCH, age 83 entered into the arms of His Lord and Savior on September 3, 2017.  Ray will be deeply missed by his family and friends, especially his wife Sandy, children Ruthann and Robert Stevens and children Ben and Tracy Underhill, Jacob and Emily Underhill, and David and Sarah Underhill; and great grandchildren, Andrew, Alexander, Isabelle, Lucas, Rachel, and Easton.  Pam Rouwhorst and children Lance and Becca Rouwhorst, Miles Rouwhorst, and great grandchild Arlo.   Tim and Michelle Zych and children, Maddison, Tanner, Evan and Cole.   Brenda and Jim Dykema and children Emily and Kevin Wurn, Hannah and John Gallagher, James, Abigail, and great grandchild Jude.  Step children, Aimee Karasinksi and sons Carter, Cole, Chase, and Corey Kazlauskas.  Ray loved his family dearly.   He was active in his church at Holy Family in Caledonia and was a devoted volunteer and activist for the Salvation Army organization and was an inspiration to many.  He had a way of giving his time to help others.  He was a devoted Catholic with an affinity to St.  Jude.   Ray retired from a job he loved at Kentwood Schools. He remained a diehard Lions and Tigers fan and enjoyed watching Michigan football.  He maintained a positive attitude on life especially during his short time of treatment for cancer.  He loved the Lord and we look forward to seeing him in heaven one day. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM, Monday, September 11, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 9669 Kraft SE, Caledonia  MI  49316.  The family will greet relatives and friends Monday at the church from 10-11 AM. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.  Interment will be with family at a later date.
