I worked with Al for many years at the Post Office. Once people found out he had been an officer in the service, they called him "Major". He told people he had not been a major, but the name stuck the whole time.
I will miss our dances, your cards, our laughs, and how you used to like to sing a few words of the song, "all my exes live in Texas". But most of all I will miss you my dear friend. You will always have a special place in my heart.
My deepest condolences to the family. Judy

I met Mr. Marlow a little over a year ago at the Wyoming VA Health Care Center and boy did he have a spot in my heart. "Grizz" always brought me tooties rolls or dove chocolate with a smile. And explained to me everytime I said "sorry" to never be sorry! He brightened my day when ever I seen him walk in the clinic for an appointment or just to say hi. I'm so sorry for his families loss. He was a beyond great man and veteran. You will be missed Grizz.

Al was a very special "Angel" to so many people who loved him dearly.
We will miss his words of wisdom, his smile, his laughter, the candy kisses and tootsie rolls. :)

Such a good friend to all he met. The stories, the conversations and the time you spent with my sons will forever remain in our hearts. You were always there and ready to help with what ever was needed. We will miss you Al. Knowing you are at peace and no longer in pain (although you never complained) gives us comfort. Rest in peace Major Joni, Wes, Gabe, Trent and Spence.

We are so sorry for your loss. I met Al through my husband Spencer who thought of him as a grandfatherly figure. In my short time knowing him, I found him to be a wonderful man. He lived a very full life and was loved by many people.
