Andrzej (Andy) Wierzbicki Obituary

Wierzbicki, Andrzej (Andy ) of Jenison.

Andy passed away on April 24  2018 at the age of 77 after a long illness.

He leaves behind his loving partner of 18 yrs. Cheryl Boone, for whom he was the love of her life. Her son, Bryan and Emesha Dykstra, her sister Bonnie (Toot) Komar and his cat Buddy. He is also survived by one brother and sister in law and their three children and their families still residing in Poland. He is also survived by his wonderful friends Tony and Janet Kinzinger.

Andy was preceded in death by his son Jerry and Cheryl’s son Shawn.

Andy was a very hard working man and retired in 2006 after 31 years of service as a maintenance mechanic for Keebler Co. When he wasn’t working he enjoyed anything outdoors whether it was fishing, hunting, riding his bike or just walking several miles a day. And he loved traveling, especially back to Poland.

He was one of a kind and anyone who ever met him will never forget him. He loved his vodka and loved making people laugh.

Thank you to all the wonderful people at Sheldon Meadows who took excellent care of him for over two years. And a big thank you to Spectrum Hospice for keeping him comfortable these last few weeks.

Cremation has taken place and per his wishes, there will be no service. Burial will be private.
