Annamae Ellen (Olson) Fry

Annamae Ellen Olson Fry 79, from Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Beacon Hill. Annamae was born July 7, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois. Her parent Elmer Bernard Olson Sr., Viola Johnson Olson Lindeman and her brother Elmer Bernard Olson Jr. have preceded her. Her daughter Darlene Ann Fry Jordan, son-in-law Eric Paul Jordan, grandsons Eric Paul Jordan Jr. and Spenser Alexander Jordan, and her beloved cat Baby survive her.

Remember Annamae for her loving kindness to friends and strangers. She was open and trusting of everyone. She would often bring home friends and strangers because they were hungry and she liked to cook and feed people. She loved simple things; spending time with friends, bingo, visiting Sheldon House, eating sweets, and taking walks. She loved all people especially children. She loved animals too, especially cats. Remember Annamae for the joyful, generosity of her spirit. Celebrate the life she lived. Go in peace Mommy, Grandma, and friend. We love you.
