Charles Attala Obituary

Charles M. (Charlie) Attala, aged 74 of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on February 2nd, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Theodore and Helen Attala, two sisters, Alma Rose and Delores Malloy. Charles is survived by two daughters, Tammi (Floyd) Attala, Tracey (Tim) Hale; five grandchildren, Jacob Jimenez, Brandon Jimenez, Taylor Jimenez, Alexis Jimenez, Jayden Campbell; very best friend Darlene Attala; brother Herb Attala; several nieces nephews and cousins. He retired from C&O Railroad after 20 plus years, worked for the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Charlie was a big Notre Dame fan. There will be a Celebration of Life, Friday, February 9th from 4-7 at Eastern Hall, 506 Eastern Avenue NE, Grand Rapids.
