George G. Fadder

George G Fadder, age 68, of Grand Rapids passed away on April 11, 2018 with his family by his side.

George was born to Louis and Elizabeth Fadder on September 19, 1949 in Galien, Michigan. He married his wife, Louise Fadder, of 49 years on September 21, 1968. George is survived by four children, George (Tamra) Fadder, Louis (Jessica) Fadder, Shawn (Jerrod) Skaggs and Rodney (Dawn) Fadder; twenty two grandchildren, Brad, Sara (John), Tony, Katherine, Joseph, Mariah, Zackary, Sabrina, Cody, Megan, Hailey, Brianna, Deven, Brandon, Trasia, Kaleb, Ethan, Jenifer, Austin, Jade and Caden; eight great-grandchildren, Brice, Brady, Callianna, Kennedy, Carter, Alexandria, Bryson and Olivia; siblings, Judy (Butch) Sheldon, Roy (Terri) Fadder and Marcy (Bill) Wilgus; many nieces and nephew. George was preceded in death by his parents; sister Josephine Volker; siblings, Louis Fadder, Frank Fadder, John Fadder and Billy Fadder.  

Family will greet friends on Wednesday, April 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Memorial Alternatives Chapel. There will be a service in his memory on Thursday, April 19th at 1:00 PM at Millbrook CRC, 3661 Poinsettia SE, Grand Rapids, MI, 49508, with visitation one hour prior at 12:00 PM and a light lunch following at the church.
