Leese – James Leese, aged 98, of Grandville went to be with his Lord on Thursday, November 23, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia. James is survived by his daughter Carol (Harold) Brown; son James (Marcia) Leese; five grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Dad (Jim Leese), served in the Naval Reserves for three years before World War II.  Then during World War II, James served in the United States Army for nearly two years, primarily as a radio operator in the Signal Corps using Morse code for communication.
