Jordan Daniel Tozer

Jordan Daniel Tozer, 26, born July 30, 1993, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 after a 6-month battle with leukemia. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey and Janice Tozer; his brothers, Jonathan and James; and the love of his life, Caitlin Bounds. Jordan lived with a light and energy that was contagious, and touched many lives with his vibrant character and will be missed by all. A memorial service is planned for Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Grace Immanuel Reformed Baptist Church, 860 Peachcrest Ct NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan.  In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the Jordan Tozer Memorial Fund
