Larry Adams Obituary

Larry Lee Adams, aged 78 passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Larry was an avid sportsman and loved hunting and fishing with family and friends. He loved going with his son to their camp in the UP. He also looked forward to his monthly meetings with the “Hill Guys”.

He worked for McInerney Spring and Wire for 23 years and then 21 years at the GM 36th Street plant.

Surviving is his loving with of 57 years, Ruth Adams; son David (Kristi) and 2 grandchildren, Kellie and Erik Adams; 2 daughters from a previous marriage, Laurie Botbyl and Debby Rau; grandson Ryan Rau; great granddaughter Braylyn. Larry is also survived by his sister Pat Flannery.

In keeping with Larry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial. Special thanks to nurse, Robin from Spectrum Hospice and a dear friend Kim Brinks for his support.
