Richard Hubbard Foster aged 69 of Benton Harbor passed away on Monday, October 9th, 2017. He is survived by his son Tyler Foster, sister Judith (Art) Beaman, two brothers George (Shirley) Foster, David (Karen) Foster, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Starks 2650 Niles Rd St. Joseph, MI 49085 at 11:30 am.
