In loving memory of Savannah Jo Widner. Jojo was born to Karen Marie Ellison and David Robert Widner of Grand Rapids, MI on the 21st of August in 1998 and passed away unexpectedly on the 11th of November in 2018.
Savannah’s smile was a light in every room she walked into and her laugh, a goofy harmonic ring that encouraged others to soon follow. She graduated from Rockford High School in 2017. She adored her family and friends with a huge heart and loved to spend every moment she could with them, when she wasn’t working as a waitress at Logan’s Roadhouse in Gaines Marketplace, Caledonia, MI.
She is survived by so many loved ones including her mother Karen Ellison and father David Widner; her brother Dan Widner; her grandparents Jo Linda and Maury Lillis, Rose Sanok, George and Janice Ellison, as well as many Aunts and Uncles, a niece and nephew, cousins and friends.
Her visitation services will be held Friday, November 16, 2018 from 2-6 PM at Memorial Alternatives at 2432 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505 and her wake will be held at Praise Place Ministry Center at 1515 Langly St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508, immediately following her funeral.
To those she loved and who loved her, her family thanks you for your condolences, prayers and best wishes for healing hearts at such a difficult time. Savannah left such a beautiful, fun and positive aura on all those she interacted with and we know she would want to be remembered as such. We encourage you to spread her memory and love, honoring her with all she deserves.
