Bill is survived by his children, Susan and Bill Erwin, Judy Buitenhuis, and Peter and Amber Buitenhuis; his grandchildren George Erwin, Drew Erwin, “Bubba” Erwin, Kaylee Buitenhuis, Milyan McKissack, Sage McKissack, Preston Pickle, London Pickle and Amira Haddad; and his siblings Irene Kuyten, Casey and Wendy Buitenhuis, Clara and Bruce Brown, Nellie and Scott Johnson, and Alice and Rocky Cooper.

The family was blessed to spend Bill’s last day together celebrating his son Peter’s birthday, and is thankful that during those last hours with him he got to experience his beloved sunshine on his shoulders…
