Beverly J. (Ketelaar) Jamison

Beverly J. Jamison of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away peacefully on November 2, 2025 at the age of 90 years old.

Beverly is preceded in death by her loving husband of seventy years, Harold Jamison. She is also preceded in death by her parents and her four siblings.

Beverly leaves behind her two sons Thomas (Mary) Jamison, and Dan Jamison. She also leaves behind her five grandchildren, and her eight great grandchildren.

Beverly had a love and a joy for life, and was a social butterfly and knew everyone. Beverly always looked forward to Christmas and celebrating the Christmas season with her family, friends, and members of her church. She also enjoyed celebrating everyone else’s birthdays, but never her own. Beverly loved spending her summers at the family cottage in Gunn Lake where see knew all the neighbors in the community and they knew her. Over the years Beverly enjoyed spending time going to lunch with her girlfriends and going shopping. She was also an avid baker and golfer. Beverly was heavily involved in her church and many church groups. She was a member of The Red Hat Society for many years, where she enjoyed meeting new people and helping where she could. Beverly was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and neighbor. She will truly be missed.

A celebration of Beverly’s life will be held from 4pm to 6pm on Friday November 21, 2025 at Memorial Alternatives located at 2432 Fuller Ave. NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505.
