Bruce C. Kennedy

Bruce Clifford Kennedy age 92 of Spring Lake, Michigan passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026 surrounded by family.

He is survived by his wife of sixty- nine years Kathleen Kennedy and their five children Mark Kennedy, Paul (Sue) Kennedy, Karen (Gary) Miesch, Gail (Brad) Whalley, and Gary (Kris) Kennedy. Bruce is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren, brother Larry (Val) Kennedy, special cousins John and Robin Berchulc.

Bruce is preceded in death by his son Kevin Kennedy.

Bruce led an active life. He was an Officer in the United States Navy as a pilot. Later, Bruce was a Captain for United Airlines.  He loved spending time with his family and was an absolute people person. Bruce enjoyed sailing, boating, fishing, and gardening. On sunny days you could always find him on his deck looking at the lake and watching the boats and listening to wind chimes.

Bruce will truly be missed by his family and friends. Per Bruce’s wishes cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
