Carol Joan Wilson

Carol Joan (Titus) Wilson, 88 of Battle Creek, passed away Saturday November 22, 2025 at Centrica Rose Arbor Place in Kalamazoo.  She was a lifelong resident of Battle Creek, the daughter of Clifford James and Catherine M. (Kelley) Titus. 

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 28 years Kenneth L. Wilson, daughter Dawn (Mike) Kline, her brother-in-law James Negrey, cousins Paul and John Michela and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and her friends at Bedford Manor, especially her hair stylist Shannon Womack.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, longtime partner Harold Stanley Ashley, brother Robert C. Croy, her sister Donna J. Negregy and her daughter Tarroll Ann Wilson.

Carol attended Argubright Business College as a legal secretary in 1979.  She was a breast cancer survivor who lived life to the fullest.  She enjoyed sewing, trips to Las Vegas, bingo, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed. 

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A family gathering will be held at a later date.
