David W. Glass

David W. Glass, age 67, of Comstock Park, Michigan passed away peacefully at home on Sunday March 23, 2025.

David was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, July 1, 1957, the youngest son to Fred and Esther (Mosies) Glass, who both preceded him in death.

David is survived by his wife Annette, sons Daryl (Lisa) Glass, Ryan (Jenny) Glass, four grandchildren, Olivia, Caleb, Aubrey, and Madelyn, three brothers, Fred Glass, Jim (Wilma) Glass, Gary (Marcia) Glass, his “Cuz” Ted (Tracey) Mosies, and several close friends whom he loved dearly.

David was a graduate of Comstock Park High School in 1975.  He worked most of his career for his parent’s water well drilling business, Fred Glass and Son Well Drilling.  He retired from work in 2020 from Raymer Water Wells.

David was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved spending quality time with friends pursuing those interests.  He shared his knowledge of those sports (and some fishing secrets) with many friends.  He will be missed by all who knew him.  Fly high in heaven Dave, pain free, until we meet again.

There will be a life celebration on Thursday April 17, 2025, at New Community Church, 2340 Dean Lake Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505.

Visitation from 5PM to 6PM, Service from 6PM to 7PM
