In Loving Memory

David Ray Pitsch, age 78, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 28, 2022.

Dave was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on August 23, 1943, to the late Robert and Hope (Viergever) Pitsch. He graduated from Union High School in 1961. Dave married Mary Helen on July 24, 1964. Dave and Mary raised their two sons, Dave and Andy, in Grand Rapids, MI.

Dave worked as a machine assembler for Gallmeyer & Livingston for 36 years and Expandtech for 7 years, where he made many life-long friends. He loved being a member of bowling leagues at Lincoln Lanes and North Field Lanes, fishing on the Grand River and in Big Bay, tending to his vegetable garden, and grilling on a nice summer day. Dave is survived by his wife Mary (Spicuzza) Pitsch of 57 years; his sisters, Carol Bunn, Joan Titley, Fran (Larry) Hills, and Lynn (Gary) Richardson; his children, David (Rebecca) Pitsch and Andrew (Beth) Pitsch; his former daughter-in-law, Carole Boren; his grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew) Murray, Travis Pitsch, Logan (Rachel) Pitsch,

Jared (Meghan) Pitsch, Neal Pitsch, Owen Pitsch, Jackson Vandermolen, and Nathan Vandermolen; and his greatgrandchildren, Kylie and Atticus.

As per Dave's request, no funeral or memorial service will

be held.
