Deborah Lee (McConnell) Verwoerd

Deborah Lee Verwoerd, age 74, of Wyoming, went to be with her Lord & Savior March 7, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents William & Jane McConnell and sister Denise VanDyke.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald N. Verwoerd Sr.   Children Amy (Bob) Kriekaard, Donald N. (Kristine) Verwoerd Jr., Grandchildren Jessica (Jason) Nugent, Sara (Kyler) Cox, Josh Kriekaard, Taylor (Lauren) Frazee, Leanne Verwoerd, Joseph Verwoerd, Great Grandchildren Maverick Cox and baby girl Frazee, Brother Douglas (Denise) McConnell, Sister-in-law Patricia (Gordon) Birkmeier and several Nieces and Nephews.

She enjoyed her years working with the public at Rogers Dept. Store and Arnie’s Bakery and loved spending time with her family and friends.

Visitation: Monday March 24th from 10:00 – 11:00am at St. John Vianney Church, 4101 Clyde Park Ave SW, Wyoming.  Funeral Mass at 11am.
