Edith A. Perdue

Edith Aliene Perdue, age 87, passed away on April 18, 2025. She was able to briefly say I love you to both granddaughters that were surrounding her before she left her body to be with Jesus Christ.

Edith was born September 11, 1937 to Chester and Carolyn Cook. Edith is survived by her two sons, Mark Taylor and Andy Perdue. Also survived by four grandchildren, Jessica, Brandi, Brittany and Andrew, and many great grandchildren. 

Edith enjoyed her time watching "Days of our Lives", drinking coffee and scratching off tickets. She also loved thrift shopping, gardening and deer watching. Edith with be deeply missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her longtime partner Randy VanSingel.

 Burial and celebration of Edith’s life will be held on June 12, 2025.
