Edward John Dyksma

Edward J. Dyksma, aged 54 of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 8, 2021 due to sudden cardiac arrest.

He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to John and Tina Dyksma on June 19, 1966. His sudden death took Eddie from us without goodbyes.

The incredible memories of how he touched the lives of all who knew and loved him are a comfort.

He was preceded in death by his dad, John Dyksma. He will be lovingly remembered by his partner of 14 years, Adam Hathaway; his mom, Tina Dyksma; his sister, Melinda Dyksma-Widdis; his brother, Michael (Kate) Dyksma; uncles, Henry Oly, Robert Oly; nieces, Alisha (Jonathon) Hinrichs, Amy (John) Shakarjian III; nephews, Adam (Ashley) Widdis, Justin Dyksma; niece, Olivia Rickets; great nephew and great nieces; cousins, John (Daphne) Oly and Jessica Brooks. He is also survived by his very good friend and co-worker, Rhonda Bever.

Eddie will be cremated, there will be no visitation at this time due to covid. A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date, time and place to be announced on Facebook.
