Esther Lorraine (Hoogeveen) Timmer

 Timmer (Hoogeveen), Esther Lorraine age 83, of Sparta, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.  Esther was the daughter of John and Carolyn (Bolt) Hoogeveen.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Timmer and her son Steve Timmer as well as her five brothers, William (Arlene), Henry (Phyllis), Kenneth, John and Donald and sisters Patricia (Richard) Deemter and Marilyn (David) Ebels.  She is survived by her sister, Lavina Hoogeveen and many nieces and nephews.

Esther loved wildlife, she enjoyed carving and painting wood ducks with her husband, John and son, Steve.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm at Sheldon Meadows located at 4482 Port Sheldon Street Hudsonville Michigan 49426. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Kids Food Basket.
