Wife, Mother and Grandmother affectionately called Bridgett by family and friends alike
passed away from a medical problem that affected her most of her adult life.
She was preceded in death by her parents Douglas Flowers and Antoinette (Toni) Flowers-Burton.
She is survived by the family she loved so very much: husband Richard of 27 years, her children
Douglas Flowers of Florida, Ricky Flowers of Arizona, Alicia Soto and David Flowers of Grand Rapids,
nine grandchildren and two sisters, Cherie Flowers and Gina Flowers-Griffin of Grand Rapids.
Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends
Bridgett loved friends, the beach, and her horse “Blue” and the turtle her grandchildren gave her.
Cremation has taken place. The family wishes to celebrate her life with a luncheon on
Saturday June 21, from 2pm - 6 pm at the American Legion on 44th St. near Division Avenue at 133 44th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49548
Heavenly Father we praise and worship Your Name for uniting Faith with our family who has gone before her in paradise today to glorify Your undeserved Grace and Mercy. AMEN
