Janice E. Hoekstra

Janice E. Hoekstra age 79 of Grandville, Michigan returned to the Lord’s presence on June 24, 2025. She is preceded in death by her life partner Glenda Carpenter, as well as her parents John and Gertrude Hoekstra, and her brother Steven Hoekstra.

Janice leaves behind her brother David (Diane) Hoekstra, nephew Chris Hoekstra, and niece Kathryn (Chris) Foreman.

Janice was a former elementary school teacher. She loved spending time outside and adorated her dog Breeze.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday June 26, 2025 at Ridge View Memorial Gardens located at   5151 8th Ave, Grandville, MI 49418 at 11am.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Janice’s memory to a charitable organization of your choosing.
