Justin Vincent Chapman

Justin V. Chapman, aged 38 of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away very unexpectedly on January 2, 2026 at Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital.

He is survived by his mother Karen Chapman (Ensley), his brother Nathan Chapman; grandmother Barbara Ensley, his Aunt Christine Ensley who he resided with in Walker, Michigan, and other aunts, uncles, and cousins.  

In keeping with his family’s wishes, Justin will be cremated and there will be no service at this time. However, a Celebration of Life for both Justin and his father Andrew Chapman will be held at a later date.
