EISENTRAGER, Lillian, age 92, born to Otto Sulho and Wilhelmina (Jansson) Setala December 1, 1926 in Koppel, PA. went to be with her Lord April 24, 2019.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, siblings Irma, Maili I, Maili II, Ralf, Anita and Lawrence. She is survived by sons James (Beth), Ralph, Dean (Helen) and Steve (Sharon), grandchildren Mark (JoAnna) and Joe Eisentrager, Brandon Eisentrager, Ryan (Aubree) Eisentrager and Alicia (Dan) Schilling, Kristen Eisentrager and Alison (Tucker) Rhodes, great grandchildren Josiah, Katherine, Christine, Makenna, Jonah, Nora and Jude Eisentrager, Lexie and Daniel Schilling. Also surviving is her niece Sally Broman raised as a sister by her parents. Norman and Paul Myers are her surviving nephews.
In 1949 Lillian graduated from Baptist Bible Seminary of Johnson City, NY. Shortly after receiving her diploma she became the bride of Kenneth on June 14, 1949. He was the pastor of Central Baptist Church in Binghamton, NY where they served together. Lillian used her wonderful singing voice and musical talents to contribute in the worship and music program there. They labored there until 1960 at which time they were approached by Hiawatha Land Independent Baptist Missions to work as church planters. Ken and Lillian served together in Newberry, Wakefield and Escanaba in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, in Olewein, IA and finally in Manitowoc, WI.
She lived her life of faith grounded on the truth and promises found in God's inerrant Word. “For God so loved the world that He gave his only son that whosoever believeth In Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
Please join the family Tuesday, April 30 at Jamestown Baptist Church 2472 Quincy St, Hudsonville. A public viewing will begin at 10:00 AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 AM. Pastor Dennis Gilbert will officiate.
