Linda Meinke

Linda S. Meinke age 75 of Grand Rapids, Michigan went home to her Lord and Savior on September 9, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Jean Kieft. Linda leaves behind her loving husband of fifty-five years Bob Meinke and her two children Scott (Chris) Meinke, and Brian (Sara) Meinke. She also leaves behind ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Linda is survived by her one sister Sharon (Bill) Zdravecky, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Linda was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family more than anything. She loved spending each and every holiday together and enjoyed the non-holiday visits as well. Over the years Linda and her family would take multiple camping trips to Pentwater every summer, where she enjoyed beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan. Linda always enjoyed attending and watching a large variety of sporting events. She also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, reading a large variety of books, knitting, and cross stitching. Linda was loved by all and will truly be missed by her family and friends.

Per Linda’s wishes cremation has taken place. Please join the family for a celebration of her life to be held Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 am at Northlawn United Methodist Church, 1157 Northlawn St. NE Grand Rapids, MI 49505
