Mary Ann (Washburn) Cobb

Mary Ann Cobb (Washburn), aged 73 of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Vivian Washburn; brothers, James and Larry Washburn; and sister, Patty Haisma.  She is survived by her loving husband, Joel Cobb; daughter Melissa (John) Langlois, son Marc (Becky), and daughter Sara (Nick) Kavanaugh; sister, Joan Jachim and many nieces and nephews; and a proud Nana to her grandchildren, Cassidy, Carter, Alex and Charlotte.

Mary loved spending time with her family, working in her flower gardens and catching up on current events.  She previously worked at Olds Manor and Michigan Bulb Company. 

There will be a celebration of life to remember Mary, Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 3-5pm at her family home in Comstock Park, Michigan.  Because of Mary’s love of animals, the family has designated the Humane Society of West Michigan (http://www.hswestmi.org/) for memorial contributions.
