Mersiha Kovacevic

Mersiha Kovacevic,47, of Grand Rapids, Michigan peacefully passed away on July 25,2025, at Select Specialty hospital due to respiratory failure.

She is preceded in death by her mother Zorica Zebic and her Husband of 30 years, Dzevad Kovacevic. Mersiha leaves behind her 3 precious children Dzenan Kovacevic (28), Ajdin Kovacevic (23), Medina Kovacevic (20).

Mersiha enjoyed singing, dancing, traveling, music competitions, cooking and baking was her love language it’s how she showed love was through food or desserts she loved her makeup and jewelry and nails never once was she without her nails it’s what made her happy. She loved watching Dzenan play at his games she is his biggest fan or when her children played soccer together in the backyard every summer. Mersiha will forever and always be missed and loved by many.

Mersiha wishes were to be cremated and a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
