Oonagh (Una) Johnson

Johnson, Oonagh (Una) 5/28/1923 - 12/11/2021 Oonagh (Una) Winifred O'Hurley Johnson died peacefully on December 11, 2021, which would have been her 78th wedding anniversary. She was born in Grantham, England, on May 28, 1923, met her U.S. soldier husband, John E. Johnson, while doing the jitterbug, and arrived in the U.S. after WWII, in 1946. She was predeceased by John, and by her son, Michael Johnson. She is survived by her brother-in-law Al Johnson and her seven other children: Sandra Arnold, Cheryl Malinzak, John (Linda) Johnson, Bill Johnson, Dave Johnson, Sue Pemberton, and Jana Albert, as well as many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. A celebration of Una's life is being held privately by family, who imagine John welcoming Una for her first heavenly dance.
