Patricia "Patti" (Mann) Schwarz

In loving memory of Patricia (Patti) Mann Swartz
It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Patricia (Patti) Mann Swartz who left us on June 8, 2026 at the age of 77 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Patti was born on August 15, 1948 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was known for her love for the children in Special Olympics and received an award from Michigan Bell Telephone Company for her active participation in their events.
She is survived by her sister Linda Vanderhorst, her brother Rick Mann (Sue) and her nephew Jeremy and nieces Amy and Jodi and their extended families. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband,Paul Swartz; parents Jean Piper (Paul) and Lisle (Bud) Mann.
In honor of Patti’s request she will be placed with her husband Paul at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan without any special services
Patti will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
