Obituary
Phuoc Van Nguyen passed away in the comfort of his home on May 20, 2023, at the age of 63 after a year long battle with blood cancer.
Phuoc was born in Hue, Vietnam on August 15, 1959. In 1975, at the age of 15, he was forced to leave his home and family and come to the US. After overcoming many challenges, he built himself a life, a family.
Phuoc was known for his kind heart, caring nature, and love for family. He was a hard worker that loved his grandchildren, gardening, fishing, music, rock band and cooking with flavors from his homeland.
He will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who have had the privilege of knowing him. Phuoc is survived by his son Timothy (Stephanie) Marks; daughter Jillian (Carlos) Ahumada; grandchildren Aiden (19); Noah (14); Logan (11); Jace (8); and Rylee (8).
His strength and resilience were an inspiration to all who knew him.
