Rita Jean Harwood

Rita Harwood, born on July 5,1952, passed away on December 5, 2024 in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the age of 72.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Isabel Harwood, her brothers  Thomas and Daniel. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Carla.

She is survived by her daughter  Eva (Rob) North,  son Carl Harwood,  sisters Gail(Roy) Chambers, Marianne Owen and Ruth (Dominic) Mattone, brother Patrick (Kathy) Harwood and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and  nephews and life-long friends Deb and Vera. 

Cremation has taken place and she will be buried with her mother in Resurrection cemetery in the spring.
