Robert Joseph Freeman

Robert (Bob) Joseph Freeman of Grand Rapids, MI; age 83 went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Wednesday, August 21, 2019 after a lingering illness.  Bob is lovingly survived by children Fabian and Robin (Freeman) Castillo, of Queen Creek, AZ; Tim and Carmen (Freeman) Larabel of Wayland, MI; Vince and Faith Regan of Hudsonville, MI.  He is also survived by brothers Richard Freeman of Grandville, MI; John and Kathy Nibbelink of Kentwood, MI; sisters Jerry and Pat (Freeman) Killough of Columbus, GA; Geneva Hill of Columbus, GA; 10 Grandchildren, several Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Phyllis, daughter Darci Simpson, brother William Freeman, nephew Jeff Freeman; parents Euel and Eva Freeman; Earl and Marguerite Nibbelink.

A tribute of Bob’s accomplishments will be celebrated during his 11:00 a.m. Memorial Service at Calvary Church, 701 E. Beltline NE, Grand Rapids, MI  49525, on Saturday, September 21, 2019 with a fellowship lunch to follow.
