Shirley Morlock

Shirley Morlock age 86, passed away on November 13, 2021.She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years Emil Morlock and her two sons Greg and Brian Morlock. Shirley is survived by her two daughters Robin (Fred) Parker and Dana (Jeff) Miller. She is also survived by her six grandchildren Carson, Paige, Megan, Macey, Heather and Ryan. Shirley was born on June, 5,1935 in New Brittan, CT. She later graduated from the University of Michigan Nursing School. Shirley always had a love for traveling and did so extensively, including travels to China, Australia and many other places. She enjoyed all of her travels, including spending time in Florida. She loved spending time with family and friends. Shirley was always an avid reader and enjoyed many wonderful books over her life. She had a love for all animals, playing cards and happy hours at the American Legion. Shirley will be truly missed. A visitation will be held on Friday November 19, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm at Memorial Alternatives, located at 2432 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids MI 49505
